The Drink That Defines Fall
Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte has become a cultural phenomenon, with over 500 million sold since 2003. But the coffeehouse version is loaded with sugar and artificial flavors. This homemade version uses real pumpkin.
Why Real Pumpkin Makes a Difference
Using actual pumpkin puree (not pie filling) adds fiber, vitamin A, and a more authentic flavor. It's how pumpkin lattes should taste—earthy, warming, and genuinely fall-like.
